Every child MUST have their own application!

Important information for Parents:

Wednesday June 24th
Drop off: 3:45pm in the Youth Room.
Pickup 8:15pm in the Youth Room

Thursday June 25th
Drop off: 9:45am in the Youth Room.
Pickup at 3:45pm in the Youth Room.

(The Youth Room is across the street from the main church building.)

Lunch and drinks will be served. If your child has a food allergy, or you prefer another meal please bring a lunch for them.

Please DO NOT allow children to bring the following: electronics, toys, money, cell phone, or other distractions.

There will be adult supervision at all times.

Please have students bring a towel and clothes to get wet on Wednesday & Thursday as we will have water events.

Application Form

Your child may attend VBS if he or she:

  1. Is Grade 2-5 (we are unable to register children outside of that grade range). Kids going into 2nd grade this year are invited to VBS!

  2. Attends Old Town or is a guest of someone who does.

  3. Fills out this form no later than Monday, June 22nd.
    (Please fill this out ASAP! After Sunday, June 15th we cannot guarantee a T-shirt.)
